Application for home rental
Information on application procedures
① If you are a first-time user, please apply for new registration from "Home Use/Rental" ⇒ "Rental New Application/Management".
② After registering, proceed to create a new order.
③ After confirming the user profile, application materials, etc., press the "Payment" button.
④ After pressing the payment button, I returned to the application page. The payment status has been changed to "Waiting for approval".
For payment by PayPal, please press the "PayPal checkout" button to proceed with the payment process.
⑤ After pressing the PayPal checkout button, go to the PayPal login screen.
*If you already have a PayPal account, please log in to proceed.
*Those who do not have a PayPal account and those who "pay with a debit card or credit card" should proceed with the procedure.
If you have a paypal account
⑥ If you have a PayPal account, please check the delivery address, payment method, etc. after logging in before purchasing.
⑥-1 After completing the purchase, the payment status will change to "success". Filapy for home use will be delivered on the indicated date.
Those who do not have a PayPal account
⑦ If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay without registering. After entering your email address, you can pay by card or bank account.
*Note: The card must be issued in Japan and the owner must be the customer.
You can use the following debit or credit cards with your PayPal account:

If you are unable to make a payment on your card, please contact your card company or bank, as it may be due to a bank limit being exceeded, expiration date, or billing information not being confirmed. For more details, please refer to PayPal official website.
*Paypal has temporarily suspended payments from Japan Post Bank and Sumitomo Mitsui Accounts, as well as new account transfer settings.
⑧ After completing the purchase, the payment status changed to "successful". Filapy for home use will be delivered on the indicated date.
